What is a Health Coach?
What I do as your Health Coach:
As your health coach, I will guide and mentor you to take responsibility for your own health and support you to implement and sustain lifestyle changes that will contribute to your personal wellness goals.
I will also provide a safe place to share your health concerns, personal goals, and aspirations.
We work to together to create your program
Our first consultation together will include your personal health history and goals. Your consultation will result in a plan where we layout next steps for improving your health and vitality. We will evaluate which resources make the best sense for you.
Your six -month program includes:
Guidance and inspiration to make step-by-step changes to your diet and lifestyle towards healthier habits
Learn about new healthy foods and the concept of primary foods which are relationships, physical activity, career and spirituality.
Two-fifty minute coaching sessions per month, either in person or via the web
Menu and recipe suggestions
A choice of:
In home cooking lesson
Grocery shopping tour
Kitchen cupboard clean-out
